By visiting academyrunningclub.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These terms apply to [Academy Running Club, ARC], doing business as Academy Running Club, based in California.

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Under California law, contracts entered into by minors may be voidable, so we ask that purchases be made by an adult.

Academy Running Club releases products in small, limited batches. We try to keep prices and availability accurate, but errors happen — if an item is mispriced or listed in error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept that offer when your order ships, not before. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing or inventory. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

The Academy Running Club name, ARC mark, “GO RUN,” and all site content, graphics, and product designs belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, sell, or repurpose them without written permission.

Don’t use the site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or to submit false, harmful, or infringing content (including in reviews, comments, or community photo submissions).

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties beyond those that cannot be waived under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
