Orders are processed within [2-3] business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes [2-5] business days in the United States; expedited options are shown at checkout if available. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight. We currently ship within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Delays from carriers, weather, or high demand around a drop are possible — we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email academyrunningclub@gmail.com with your order number within 10 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. Because each drop is made in limited quantities, we offer an exchange or store credit first on eligible returns — a refund to your original payment method is available if you’d prefer it, or if an exchange isn’t possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns.

Items clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. This does not affect your rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products.
